Punching

• Punching is one process of Sheet Metal Forming. Punching removes the metal part or metal workpiece a punch enters the die part.
• Punch made from hardened steel, force punch into and through a workpiece.

Piercing

• Piercing is one of a shearing process, where a workpiece pierced with a tool (machine tool), which leads to the creation of circular, rectangular, or other shape holes.
• there are four types of piercing:-
• Lancing
• Trimming
• Notching
• Perforating

Bending

• Bending is one of the Metals forming processes also known as the sheet metal fabrication process, which results in U-Share, V-Shape, or any channel shape in Sheet Metal type material.

Blanking & Fine Blanking

• Blanking is also a sheet metal fabrication process. same as Piercing but basic differences once harden metal or punch remove material through force. The material that removed is a new metal workpiece or blank.

Full Stamping

• Full stamping is a collection of multiple sheet metal operations. Sheet Metal Stamping is used to produce a flat metal sheet into the specific metal shape.
